To be of white lambskin, triangular in shape being 400 mm wide at the top and 410 mm long at the point, with a dark crimson semicircular flap 100 mm at the centre. The border along the sides of the apron to be of dark crimson ribbon 50 mm wide and edged on the inside and outside with 3 mm gold braid. As set out hereunder with a small trowel (point of the trowel towards sinister base) mounted on the appropriate emblem of office (with the exception of the Jewel of Office for Conductor of the Council which shall be as described hereunder) all in gold and the whole Jewel to be not longer than 55 mm or wider than 50 mm:
